The product creates a very hard bond resistant to temperatures up to 150°C and is resistant to automotive, transmission and hydraulic oils, petrol, water and many other substances. Initial cure after 4-10 minutes depending on ambient temperature. After one hour, the product hardens by 80%. Complete curing after 24 hours.
APPLICATION: Repair of cracked mechanical component housings. Repair of broken car radiators. Sealing cracks or dents on metal and other surfaces.
METHODS OF USE: 1. Clean and degrease the surfaces to be repaired from oil, dirt and grease residues, then dry. 2. To get the desired result, use sandpaper or a file to make the surface to be glued rough. 3. Squeeze an equal amount of the mass from each tube and mix well until a uniform gray color is obtained. 4. Apply the prepared mass immediately on the repaired surface. Note: The temperature of the adhesive rises rapidly during curing. 5. If you need to glue two elements, press both surfaces for about 10 minutes. If the ambient temperature is below 5°C, the curing process takes longer. 6. Remove excess glue with a towel or rag dipped in thinner. 7. After curing, the surface can be processed by all kinds of mechanical and manual methods, such as cutting, drilling, tapping, etc.
