MA 406 Professional is a low viscosity cyanoacrylate structural instant adhesive for bonding many plastics and rubbers. Fastens in seconds. It is especially recommended for difficult-to-glue seams. Operating temperature from -50 to 100?C. Complete curing after 24 hours. Adhesion time of various materials [seconds]: neoprene rubber [3], nitrile rubber [2], EPDM rubber [3], balsa wood [2], plastic polycarbonate (PC) [6], ABS plastic [20], metallic steel [20].
APPLICATION Gluing/joining of elements made of rubber, plastic and other materials.
METHOD OF USE 1. Clean and degrease the surfaces to be repaired from oil, dirt and grease residues, then dry. 2. Apply a small amount of glue to one of the glued surfaces. 3. Immediately place the second element and press firmly for a few seconds to achieve the initial strength. 4. The adhesive gains its full strength after 24 hours. 5. Immediately remove excess glue with a cloth soaked in acetone.
