A high-strength product designed to protect strands from unwanted relaxation. Prevents loosening of parts due to vibration. Perfect for permanent protection of engine block and pump housing connections. The product hardens when there is no air between the metal surfaces. Resistant to temperatures up to 149°C. Initial hardening takes place in about 20 minutes, full hardening in 24 hours. When used on less active metals such as zinc, aluminum, stainless steel, pure aluminum, the curing time may be extended. M6 to M25 screws are recommended for devices that do not require frequent disassembly. To disassemble, heat the area above 150°C or use great force to unscrew. Recommended for use where regular disassembly of parts is not required. Tightening torque for M10 screws: 22 Nm.
APPLICATION Pulls and various other rarely unscrewed screws.
METHOD OF USE 1. Clean the surface from oil and other dirt and dry it. 2. Shake the bottle vigorously before use. 3. Cut off the tip of the dispenser and apply a small amount of product to the screw thread before assembly. The product works only on metal surfaces. Do not use on plastic parts.
